Oscar Rodriguez
CEO

Oscar Rodriguez is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry, including specific expertise in voice, video, data and related telecommunications technologies. As CEO of Movius, Oscar is leading the company in the charge to transform the way communications services are created and delivered, and to enable carrier and enterprise customers to drive new revenues and greater market share, as they move to embrace the new world of IP-based services.

His corporate experience includes positions at multi-national companies such as Motorola, DuPont, Nortel Networks and Alcatel-Lucent, where he gained experience in enterprise and carrier wireline and wireless applications and systems design. He also participated in the startup and scaling of three communications companies, and an initial public offering in which he brought leading-edge technologies and applications to the global marketplace.

Prior to his current role, Oscar held the position of chief marketing officer for Alcatel-Lucent's enterprise business group, where he worked to re-define the company's strategic position as a global competitor in the Enterprise marketplace. Oscar was also president & CEO of Riverstone Networks, a public communications technology company delivering carrier MPLS/VPLS/ethernet solutions. At Riverstone, he restructured the company to focus on its core competencies, reconstituted the board of directors and, with his new management team, executed a turn around strategy to become the recognized technology leader in the carrier metro ethernet marketplace. Riverstone was subsequently acquired by Lucent Technologies in 2006.

At Nortel Networks, Oscar was responsible for two of the company's multi-national divisions. As president of Nortel's intelligent internet data products division, he directed the effort to deliver profitable, high performance IP-based products to both carrier and enterprise customers. As president of Nortel's enterprise solutions division, he led the effort to deliver innovative customer care applications, VoIP, and internet security solutions.

Prior to Nortel, as president and chief operating officer of Arris Interactive, he helped established the company as the leading provider of data and telephony access solutions for the broadband CATV marketplace.

Oscar is a member of the board of EXAR Corporation (NASDAQ: EXAR), a semiconductor company in Silicon Valley. He also sits on the Dean's Board of Advisors for the College of Engineering at the University of Central Florida. He holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has completed post-graduate studies in strategic marketing at The Harvard Business School, and the corporate director's education program at the Director's College at Stanford University's School of Law.


John Boden
CTO & Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

John drives the technology vision for Movius as we build tomorrow's solutions for messaging, personalization and interactive services

John brings over 20 years of strategy development, product management, development and marketing experience to Movius. Most recently John held the position of senior vice president of product management at Openwave where he was responsible for the development and management of their entire suite of products and solutions. John joined Openwave from the VoIP (Voice-over-IP) startup, GENBAND, where he was the chief technology officer. Prior to that, John had a long career with Nortel, holding several leadership positions in the wireless, wireline and enterprise business units.

John holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.


Keith Bhatia
Senior Vice President & GM, Americas & APAC

Keith brings more than 20 years of communications technology, sales and business development experience to the role of senior vice president - Americas and general manger - Japan. In this role, Keith manages the direct sales, channel sales and sales engineering for the Americas and is also the general manager for all Japan activities. Keith's responsibilities also include building and managing channel partner relationships worldwide in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Keith was the lead executive at IP Unity responsible for sales, marketing and business development. He was responsible for building the company's extensive partner portfolio and the global market successes achieved through IP Unity's relationships with Siemens, Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks, Motorola, Sonus, Sylantro and many others. He also managed the company's expansion into the Japanese carrier market, and had a very prominent role in shaping the company's strategies in IMS implementation, fixed-mobile convergence and video applications.

Prior to IP Unity, Keith served as vice president for global sales for SS8/ADC, where he led his team to generate more than $100 million in revenue. Prior to that, he led global sales and marketing for ADC, and managed a range of wireless business and marketing functional groups at Nokia, Ericsson and Philips Telecom and Data Systems UK.

Keith holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Nova Southeast University in Florida, and a MBA from Sheffield Hallum University in the United Kingdom. He has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering. He is a sought-after speaker, chairing technical sessions at many IEC and Pulver conferences on IMS and fixed-mobile convergence in North America, EMEA and Asia. In addition, Keith is on the advisory boards of a number of companies.


Steve Whipps
Senior Vice President EMEA

Steve Whipps, as senior vice president EMEA, is based in London and is the general manager responsible for all activities in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Steve is a 30-year veteran of the telecommunications industry and brings a wealth of experience and deep knowledge of carrier services and applications from companies such as Cisco and AT&T. He was most recently president EMEA and Latin America of Riverstone Networks where he was responsible for sales and regional objectives for the carrier-based metro ethernet solutions market. Previously, Steve was vice president of Sales EMEA for CIENA Corporation and was focused on driving best practices in sales excellence and growing the business. He is a member of the Institute of Directors.


Stan Little
Senior Vice President - Marketing and Business Development

Stan Little is responsible for all corporate marketing and strategic business model development activities. He has been in the telecommunications industry for more than 21 years marketing software applications to tier one communications carriers and has held key positions in new product development and product management, strategic alliances, business development, and sales management. Stan was most recently the senior vice president of operations at Glenayre Messaging, and previously vice president of consumer solutions at Sylantro Systems Corporation, a leading supplier of VoIP applications software. Additionally, he has worked for such notable firms as Hewlett Packard, Pacific Telesis, Octel Communications, and Lucent Technologies.

Stan earned a BS in electrical engineering from Duke University, MS in electrical engineering from Purdue University and MBA in marketing and finance from the University of California, Berkeley.


Stan Chilton
Senior Vice President Service, Operations and Quality

Stan Chilton brings more than 27 years of telecommunications experience to Movius Interactive in his role as senior vice president of service, operations, and quality. Stan has a long track record of optimizing operations, improving customer service and maximizing productivity in diverse global environments. In this role Stan's focus is to improve quality and operational performance while developing dynamic programs that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Stan is a veteran of Nortel where he performed a wide range of functions related to delivering client satisfaction and improving quality and operations. His most recent posting was as vice president of business transformation where he led the global transformation efforts of Nortel's services business. Previously he was vice president and general manager of enterprise services and focused on re-engineering and driving customer focus and quality in enterprise markets worldwide.

Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in the Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.


Jay Whitehurst
Senior Vice President, Products & Technology

Jay Whitehurst leads the product line management and engineering teams and is responsible for definition and implementation of the applications portfolio. He also leads the product business development team in forming new software partner alliances. As an industry veteran, he has gained extensive experience in R&D, business development, general management, customer service and operations. During his 22 years in design and development at Nortel and Black & Decker, Jay drove product evolution strategy utilizing next generation technologies and led the development of large-scale software programs to create new capabilities and restructure existing platforms regaining predictability of content, schedule and quality. While at Nortel, he twice received Chairman's Award, Nortel's highest honor. The first for creating and delivering the first zero defect software generic to NTT in Japan and the second for Nortel's DMS evolution program where a large batch software release was structurally and functionally decoupled to allow 16 products to autonomously release on layered platforms.

He most recently served as president and general manager of the switching solutions group for Tekelec. He brings technical leadership from small and large companies. He is a results oriented executive with a proven track record for establishing vision and developing the right strategies to drive change.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education and Technology from Appalachian State University.


Stacy Kilgore
Vice President, Finance

Stacy is vice president of finance and is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. In Stacy's previous position as controller for the international operations at Witness Systems, he managed the finance and accounting team in the UK, India and Hong Kong. Prior to Witness, Stacy was with KPMG, LLP as a senior audit supervisor in their Audit Practice. Stacy brings a solid knowledge of finance in a global environment and experience in mergers & acquisition activities and international accounting and compliance.

Stacy received his Bachelor or Science degree in business administration, with a concentration in Accounting from California State University in Sacramento and is a state of California certified accountant (CPA).
