This course begins with a unified messaging overview which includes discussions about system overview, component overview, applications supported, UM and HA Architecture, and call flows. The unified messaging features are presented and discussed. The main focus of this course involves provisioning, operations, and maintenance. Students will learn about various operations and maintenance tasks such as performing application server maintenance, restarting the framework, displaying framework management statistics, and displaying application server log files. A focus of this course is unified messaging customizations and advanced call flows.
