This course begins with an introduction to the Conference Bridge Server, its architecture, components, and features. Students will learn to recognize the different configurations and provisions for system, sub-system, and organization administrators. Operations, administration, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting issues are examined.

This course also provides the student with an understanding of Conference Bridge call flows, network topology, data collaboration, port sharing, application program interfaces, and multiple media servers. Advanced Conference Bridge troubleshooting is a large focus of this course.
